History

History:

The wreck, measuring 17.5 meters in length and 6.5 meters in width, has an unknown date and cause of sinking. It lies at a depth of 28.5 meters. While the wooden sections have deteriorated, the metal components have remained intact.

The most distinctive feature that sets it apart from other barges is its raised bulwarks. The presence of these raised bulwarks suggests that the barge was used for transporting animals. Another barge with similar characteristics is located nearby at a depth of 54 meters.

Diving Equipment Information

The equipment used for diving includes standard scuba gear. A 3–5 mm wetsuit is suitable between April and October, while a 7 mm neoprene wetsuit, a semi-dry suit, or a dry suit is worn between November and March.
