History of the Capsized Barge

The Capsized Barge is located at a depth of 54 meters in the Arıburnu / Suvla region. The vessel is 17.4 meters long and 6.5 meters wide. Its hull is made of steel and consists of a total of 27 frames (hull ribs). The bulwarks of the barge are higher than usual. The wooden deck on the upper section has completely decayed. Two rectangular openings used to access below deck are still visible.

Dive Equipment Information

In addition to basic scuba gear, nitrox and technical diving equipment are required for this dive. A drysuit must be worn.
